Noma 22 is a travel agency that offers its clients, in addition to services for filling accommodation capacities – booking, also check-in and check-out services for guests, villa and pool cleaning, guest communication, administration management in accordance with laws and regulations, damage deposit collection, and linen care. All these services are provided in a package for villas and holiday homes in the Šibenik-Knin County. Apart from the service packages, it is also possible to contract just the booking service. 
We are a family-run agency, taking care of our guests, personally welcoming them, and always being available to assist them.

How we started?

As private renters, more than 10 years ago, we hosted guests who really liked our approach to business. These very guests later revealed to us that they were building a villa and offered us a collaboration. Accepting the offer, we began our journey in rental & property management. For the past two years, our agency has been operating under a different name and legal form. 
Our ten years of experience in booking and property management is extensive. The market we operate in is lively, changeable, and dynamic. In line with changes and challenges, we adapt, follow trends, supply and demand, and propose the best price-to-quality ratios for our clients. 

What do we want?

Since we travel ourselves, visit various locations, and see what is missing in the market, we aim to provide that to our guests. First and foremost, we personally welcome each of our guests, introduce them to the micro-location, and offer recommendations for visiting the most beautiful natural resources, hidden beaches, excellent restaurants, or locals for possible additional services. Our uniqueness lies in recommending only those places we have personally visited. Based on our past experience and guest feedback, this is highly appreciated by our guests. Our goal is for every guest to feel at home and truly welcome. On the other hand, villa owners are also satisfied with our approach when they read the reviews. And that is what we strive for and achieve as intermediaries – the satisfaction of all parties involved. Our goal is to maintain subjectivity, approachability, and empathy towards our guests.
